Foot Pain & Problems

     The feet are the foundation of the body.  It is often said that when your feet hurt, you hurt all over.  Many things can cause the feet to hurt.  For some it may be a heel spur, for others possibly fallen arches, plantar fasciitis, tendonitis, nerve irritation or compression, corns, calluses, bunions, and many more.  Problems of the feet often cause us to walk in a way that is unnatural or that tries to prevent our feet from hurting.  These changes to our posture and walking patterns will soon show up in other parts of the body.  For example, a person experiencing foot pain for a couple of weeks may find that other joints in the body begin to hurt.  Maybe its the knees, hips, back, even the neck can be affected by problems that originate in your feet.  Who knew so much could be the result of a simple problem in your feet!
